We don't ship the same rotation to everyone. Every plan is built for the person eating it — and adjusted as you go.

    Your chef designs a custom plan

    Not a menu from a dropdown. The chef asks each adult's age, weight, and activity level to size portions individually — your protein and calories, your partner's, separately. Allergies, schedule, and preferences all baked in.

    Fresh, delivered twice a week

    Two drops: Monday morning (covers Mon, Tue, Wed lunch) and Wednesday afternoon (covers Wed dinner, Thu, Fri). Our own drivers — no Glovo or Uber Eats — so the cold chain stays intact end-to-end.

Over a decade ago I asked a friend — a serious, working chef here in Barcelona — if he'd be willing to cook for me. He said yes. Ten-plus years later, he's still cooking for me, my family, and a small group of friends who quietly got on board along the way.

Every plan is built around the person eating it. Calories, allergies, training load, family size, cultural preferences — whatever matters to you. If you're new to nutrition, we can loop in our nutritionist too.

That kind of thing usually costs a fortune. Because we buy in bulk, cook in batches, and keep the operation lean, we can offer it at a fraction of what a dedicated private chef would normally cost.

Frequently asked

How custom is 'custom'?

Genuinely custom. The chef talks to you, understands your goals, allergies, training load, and preferences, and designs a plan around that. Not a dropdown of three menus.

What does a plan cover?

A full-day plan covers breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner. You can also pick smaller plans — just lunches, or lunch + dinner — if you don't need the whole day handled.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many meals a day. Two meals a day is about €44 per person, a full day around €60, with delivery on top. Families pay less per head, and longer, consistent plans get better economics.

When and how do you deliver?

Twice a week. Monday morning we drop off the meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday lunch. Wednesday afternoon we drop off Wednesday dinner, Thursday and Friday. Plans cover the five working days when most people have no time to cook. Minimum 3 days a week, from one meal a day.

What areas do you cover?

Barcelona city (all central neighborhoods) and the surrounding metro area — Sant Cugat, Badalona, Castelldefels, Sant Just, Esplugues, Sant Boi, L'Hospitalet, and similar towns within a reasonable radius. If you're nearby but not sure, tell us your address on the form and we'll confirm.

Can I work with a nutritionist?

Yes. If you want a nutritionist to design your plan, we'll connect you with ours and the chef will cook from it. Tick the box on the form.

Can I pause or skip?

Yes. Travel, holidays, a week where you'd rather cook — just let us know in advance.

Allergies and dietary restrictions?

Handled. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, no pork — tell us upfront.

Do you offer halal meal plans?

Yes. Halal plans are built from the start when the client asks for them — no pork, no pork derivatives, halal-compliant proteins from certified suppliers, fresh market fish, and controlled cross-contamination in the kitchen. See our dedicated /halal page for the full workflow.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long contracts. Works best long-term because the chef learns your preferences and costs come down — but no lock-in.

How do I start?

Fill in the form below. The chef gets back to you with a proposal usually within 24 hours.

Can I do just one meal a day?

Yes. Many clients start with just lunch or just dinner and expand later. Pick the meals you actually want handled — we'll price accordingly.

Can I log the meals in MyFitnessPal?

Yes. We can share calorie and macro breakdowns per meal so you can log them cleanly. Easiest if you've given us a specific daily target upfront.

I'm in Barcelona for 6 weeks — does that work?

Yes. Short stays are fine — we have clients who use us for 2–8 week visits. Tell us your arrival date and duration on the form and we'll scale a plan for your window.

Can I freeze meals if I'm away for a few days?

Yes, all meals freeze well. If you're traveling, pause the plan instead and we'll resume when you're back — no fridge waste.

How does the food arrive packaged?

Each meal comes in a heat-sealed food-grade tray. Hygienic, easy to stack in your fridge, and they keep texture and moisture better than open containers. To reheat, just pierce the film on top — the tray vents while staying covered, so the dish keeps its juiciness.

How does the chef figure out portion sizes?

When you confirm interest, the chef asks each adult's age, weight, and activity level (sedentary, active, training-specific). Portions are then sized individually — so a 60kg light-cardio adult and an 85kg jiu-jitsu adult eat from the same plan but get different calorie and protein loads. Kids get adapted portions too.
