Personalised training program

Two six-week blocks, structured around your current strength, your weak points, and what you actually want to be able to do. Included in Fitness coaching and Full coaching.

Customised nutrition plan

Different macros for training days vs. rest days. Portion sizes adjusted along the way as your weight and goals shift. Included in Nutrition plan and Full coaching.

App access and progress monitoring

Workouts logged, meals tracked, weight and measurements recorded. Andrew sees what's working and adjusts before things stall. Included in all three packages.

Two video coaching calls

One in week 5 and one in week 11 — the moments where most people drift. We re-anchor goals and adjust the plan in real time. Included in all three packages.

Andrew is a personal trainer and nutrition coach. He runs his coaching practice through MirrorFriendly with a serious roster of long-term clients — busy professionals, athletes, and people who want results without the bro-science. The training and nutrition framework you'll work with is his.

Common questions

Is this in-person or online?

Online. The training plan, the nutrition plan, the daily logging, the messaging — all through Andrew's coaching app. The two video calls (weeks 5 and 11) are the only scheduled live touchpoints.

Do I need to be already fit to start?

No. The program is built around your current state — whether that's "haven't trained in two years" or "competing next month." The first six-week block establishes baseline; the second pushes from there.

Can I just buy coaching without the meal plan?

No. Coaching is only available as an add-on to a HealthyFoodBCN meal plan — that way Andrew's nutrition plan and Frank's cooking line up. If you want pure online coaching with no food, Andrew runs that directly through MirrorFriendly.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

You renew with a 10% discount, or you stop. No lock-in beyond the first block. Most clients renew because the second 12 weeks is where the real progress compounds, but it's your call.
